Jack the Ripper, the infamous serial killer who stalked London's Whitechapel district during the months of August - November 1888, brutally murdering lone and vulnerable ladies of the night with the misfortune to cross his path. The ultimate murder mystery, the Ripper is known to have murdered five women - collectively known as the 'canonical five'. However there have been suggestions, including during the years directly after 1888 that he had gone on to kill more victims, whether within London or elsewhere, possibly as far afield as New York. Jack the Ripper suspects have ranged from a Polish immigrant all the way up to the personal physician to Queen Victoria, but as of 133 years later ,the Ripper's identity remains a mystery. All theories, however unusual are welcome.

They say that they have DNA evidence that it was the polish immigrant.

A forensic investigation published in Journal of Forensic Sciences has identified the killer ashttps://onlinelibrary.wiley.com/doi/abs/10.1111/1556-4029.14038 a 23-year-old Polish barber and prime suspect at the time.

But weren't there rumours that it involved more than one person?
